Zheng Hongliu was born in 1925 in Nanchuan Chongqing.He was graduated from the department of fine art of Chongqing Normal College in 1946.His strong points are oiling painting and Chinese painting.He is now a member of the Chinese Artist Association,a fine art creator of the Chinese Military Museum,a first-leveled professor on fine art.He participated in both the national and international exhibitions several times.
